MRAD: stands for milliradians (or MIL for short). It is the preferred method for military and police commonly referred to as a MIL-dot reticle. 1 mil equals 10cm at 100 meters, and 1 meter at 1,000 meters. If you use the metric system (meters/centimeters) then go for MRAD.
MTC: More Tactile Clicks (each 10th click is more pronounced ,which makes it easier for the user to MTC quickly dial in the desired number of clicks).
P: Parallax- when Parallax is properly adjusted, your target looks like it has the Cross-Hairs painted on it no matter where you move your head. Click to See How Parallax Works

SFP: Second Focal Plane Click to See the Difference Between Second Focal Plane and First Focal Plane
ST: Single Turn turret (the elevation turret can be turned for 360°).
