This magazine has had all five cylinder holes are bored out .1mm so that it will not shave the Emperor skirt resulting in lead slivers, a damaged head and a ruined breech seal; a ruined breech seal will result in loss or power and accuracy.
Note that there is no O-Ring to keep the last loaded pellet from falling out- although attempted, an O-Ring also led to lead slivers, a damaged head and mis-alignment of the pellet as it entered the breech. The pellet’s path to the breech must be a smooth, straight and un-obstructed path; a thumb and index finger is all that is needed to keep the last loaded pellet from falling out of the magazine.
Smooth as glass cocking… cylinder color may vary.
Three easy to get used to steps (as shown in the thumbnail images):
Step 1: Hold the magazine upside down in a vertical position to feed the pellets.
Step 2: Holding your thumb and index finger over the loading port, shake the magazine with the loading side down to set the pellets.
Step 3: Still keeping your thumb and index finger over the loading port, load the magazine into the loading slot. The breech seal will prevent the pellet from sliding down the barrel.
If the pellet at any time seems difficult to chamber with the cocking bolt, either remove the magazine and push the pellet back into the magazine, OR simply point the muzzle up and give the receiver a tap with the heel of your palm- then it should chamber smoothly.
